Synopsis: SCANDAL JACKSON (Dudikoff) is a highly decorated point man in an elite combat unit known as Serpent Force. However, when Jackson's corrupt Colonel sends him on a covert mission, he is double-crossed, and after a violent explosion, left for dead.

A mysterious and beautiful woman, DANIELLE LaPOINT, arranges for Jackson's recovery and subsequent reconstructive surgery at a private clinic. She then brings him to her boss, QUINTON AVERY, an enigmatic billionaire who strangely knows all about Jackson's life. Avery presents Jackson with an unusual proposition: a plan to reinvent Jackson's life in the name of justice. This cryptic financier has formed a unique crime fighting organization that helps victims who have no other recourse in dealing with injustice. Avery wants Jackson to be the group's leader.

Armed with a new look and a new identity at the wheel of his new super-charged street machine, Scandal jumps at the chance for a new lease on life. Essentially reborn, Scandal adopts the new name - COBRA!
